How med sync works
Enrollment call
Call us or ask at the counter. We review your medication list, note refill dates, and set your sync date — usually the most convenient day of the month for you.
We align your refills
Some medications will be filled as short supplies initially to land on your sync date. We contact your providers for any refills needing a new prescription.
We call you before your pickup
A few days before your sync date, we call to confirm your medications, ask about any changes, and alert you if anything needs a doctor visit before we can refill.
One pickup, once a month
Everything is ready on your designated day. We can also coordinate same-day delivery if you prefer.
